Issue/Introduction

 Entering '-' sign (negative) in field (Data type - Money) gives 'NaN' error.

Steps To Reproduce: 

  1. Go to Modern UX
  2. Go to a Project
  3. Select any attribute/field having Data Type - Money (Ex: Budgeted Capital Cost)
  4. Try entering '-' sign (negative)
  5. It shows 'NaN' error (Please enter a valid number)

Expected Results: Should allow to enter '-' sign before number. 
Actual Results: Throws 'NaN' error (Please enter a valid number).

NOTE:

  1. Double clicking on the field and entering '-' sign takes the value without any error.
  2. It is not specific to Project Object, it happens on all the Objects.
