Entering '-' Sign (Negative) In Field (Data type - Money) Gives 'NaN' Error.

Issue/Introduction
Entering '-' sign (negative) in field (Data type - Money) gives 'NaN' error.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Go to Modern UX
- Go to a Project
- Select any attribute/field having Data Type - Money (Ex: Budgeted Capital Cost)
- Try entering '-' sign (negative)
- It shows 'NaN' error (Please enter a valid number)
Expected Results: Should allow to enter '-' sign before number.
Actual Results: Throws 'NaN' error (Please enter a valid number).
NOTE:
- Double clicking on the field and entering '-' sign takes the value without any error.
- It is not specific to Project Object, it happens on all the Objects.
