Issues related to configuration of CEM to add brackets to the FROM field

Issue/Introduction

Post applying the APAR's (LT11975 and LT11976) it is still not possible to generate the proper control cards. 
Having provided CEM_EMAIL_BRACKETS=YES in the CEMECEEV data set, it is working only for the below header section NOT for the DATA section.

incorrect PARM setting CEM_EMAIL_BRACKETS=YES

Resolution

Change CEM_EMAIL_BRACKETS=YES

to
CEM_EMAIL_BRACKETS=ON
