Issue/Introduction

After end user opens Service Catalog request, request is opened in Service Desk, when Analyst closes ticket in SD, SC request should also be closed. It is observed sometimes that a lot of request that are closed from Service desk are not being closed automatically in Service Catalog.

Environment

Service Desk Manager: 17.x

Resolution

The below configuration should be assigned with "Request Manger" role, if not, please assign and verify the scenario.
