Issue/Introduction
Customer reported that suddenly they started to receive the following error messages when
executing command EJCK on TSO ISPF:

CAY6306S ERROR ATTEMPTING TSO LINK, 'IKJEFTSR' RETURN CODE IS '00000014' 'FF' '00000038' 'FF' "
CAY6399S JCLCHECK IS RUNNING NOT AUTHORIZED

Resolution
It was confirmed that someone had added a dataset to the STEPLIB concatenation of the TSO PROC, which
was not APF (Authorized Program Facility) authorized. The dataset was then included in APF
and problem was resolved.
