Feature Enablement Classic UX Shows Features

Issue/Introduction

In Classic Clarity, Feature Enablement Page shows all the features  

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity with administration rights 
2. Navigate to Classic Clarity --> Administration --> General Settings --> Feature Enablement  

Expected Results: Classic Clarity --> Feature Enablement Page should not show the list of features 

Actual Results: Classic Clarity --> Feature Enablement Page should not show the list of features and selecting one of feature and clicking on Delete button generates the below error

Targeted to be fixed 

Additional Information

•  Ideally Classic Clarity --> Administration --> General Setting --> Feature Enablement  shouldn't show the features and needs to be shown only via Clarity MUX --> Administration --> Feature Toggle
