Issue/Introduction

Some actions using specific credentials settings for execution are in error with 

"Error occurred during action execution under <username> credentials (Cannot resolve action result of remote process)"

 

Environment

Release Automation 6.8

RDK version 1.0.8

Cause

This error occurs if before the execution of actions using credential there is an action created with RDK

 

Example :

"TEST HELLO" is a RDK action

"Command 2" is an action using specific credentials for execution :

 

"Command 2" action is executed after RDK action and is in error "Error occurred during action execution under <username> credentials (Cannot resolve action result of remote process)"

 

Resolution

Problem is caused by the execution of RDK action. Actions after execution of RDK action has problem to use a specific credentials.

This problem will be resolved in the next version of RDK (version after current version 1.0.8).

 

As workaround replace the actions using specific credentials by command action using sudo
