Rally: Data is missing from the Artifacts after recovering from Recyclebin

Issue/Introduction

A user accidentally deleted several test cases. The test cases have been recovered from Recyclebin but all the results are no longer visible.

The restore didn't capture all the results in the test cases. When we still see the history in the "Revision History" fields.
