Issue/Introduction

File events on Unix/Linux intermittently remain in the status 'Checking' and need to be restarted.

The log file shows the following message(s):

U02000161 Event with the same id ('EVENT_ID') found, no new event will be created.

Other errors in the event report might be:

U02000123 Error in function checkFileChanged(): the system cannot find the file specified '/path/to/file/*xml'.  Error '0', error description: 'Success'.
U00011166 System message: ''
U02000123 Error in function materializeFile_d(): the system cannot find the file specified '/path/to/file/'.  Error '0', error description: 'Success'.
U00011166 System message: 'isPathDirectory2()'
