Issue/Introduction

Cost Plan & Budget Plan Details Fly-out is editable, but the Benefit Plan Details Fly-out is Read-Only. The user can edit the values in the grid, but not in the Details Fly-out for the Benefit Detail line items. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create some user-defined fields on the Benefit Plan Details object and API-enabled 
2. Go to an investment and create a new Benefit Plan
3. Add the custom fields to the Benefit Plan Details grid layout
4. Add at least 1 line item or more
5. The fields are editable in the grid 
6. Open the Detail Fly-out 

Expected Results: To have the ability to edit fields in the Details Fly-out. 

Actual Results: The Benefit Plan Details Fly-out is Read-Only.
