Endpoint Agent does not detect Bomgar application File Transfers

Issue/Introduction

You added Bomgar services to application monitoring and there is still no detection.

Cause

Bomgar uses a session based key (encryption), so there is currently no way for DLP to monitor activity within the session requests. 

 

Resolution

Bomgar does offer a solution for Network ICAP via Zscaler, please reach out to Bomgar support for more information.
