Classic URL embedded in Channels are not showing the buttons at the bottom

Issue/Introduction

The Save Button and Return buttons are missing from the Create page when Risk Classic URL is embedded in the Channel in MUX.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to 16.2.1 machine and change the Ui theme to Phoenix
2. Navigate to MUX - Administration - Blueprint
3. Create a copy of the Standard Project blueprint 
4. Navigate to Modules Tab and Create New Channels
5. Channel Name: Risk Classic
6. Channel URL: ../../../../../niku/nu#action:itl.riskList&id=${_internalId}&object_code=project&puiFullscreen=on&puiHidePPMTabs=off
7. Publish the blueprint
8. Navigate to Project under MUX and change the Blueprint of a project to the copy created in Step 3
9. Open the Project and navigate to Risk Classic Tab
10. Click the New button and open the Create page

Expected Result: The buttons SAVE, SAVE AND RETURN, RETURN are visible at the bottom

Actual Result: The above buttons are all missing even if the page is scrolled all the way to the bottom

Resolution

Workaround: Zoom out to 33% or less and then the buttons becomes visible.

DE79900 - Fixed in 16.2.2, and backported to 16.2.1 patch 1
