Issue/Introduction

You are starting the CCS Data Mover task for the first time, the message 'ZDMV2002I Data Server initialization complete' was received.
But there are few other error messages that followed before the task took a user abend and ended:

 ZDMV2005E BPX4QRC service failed; return value -1, RC=156 RSN=x'0B0C00FC'

Cause

Looking up the associated BPX reason code x'0B0C00FC', it appears to indicate the following:

JRSAFNoUID: The user ID has no UID
Action: Create an OMVS segment with a UID.

Resolution

You should review the OMVS Segment associated with user id that your ZDMVPROC is running with.
