Memory Request value updates for Memory Request Deviation metrics

Issue/Introduction

The Memory request deviation should not be less than 10 but it is consistently between 1 and 8 as shown below

Cause

GKE Nodepool was upgraded from 1.24 to 1.26. Was working in GKE Nodepool 1.24.

Resolution

Customer upgraded Prod Nodepools to GKE 1.28.
