Installation of Integration FTP agent shows IGFtpSheetProvider error message

Issue/Introduction

After installing the Integration FTP (IG FTP) agent to upgrade/replace the RA FTP agent, there is an error message displayed when viewing the agent:

 IGFtpSheetProvider 

This can be seen in all other FTP objects as well. 

Environment

Automic Automation v21 with RA FTP and Integration FTP agents

Cause

There is a conflict with the sheets between the RA FTP and Integration FTP agents.

Resolution

In client 0 search for UC_ECC_PLUGINS.

The ecc sheets for both the RA FTP and the IG FTP agents will be listed.

Highlight the sheets for RA FTP and click on Remove, then save the change. 

Log out and log in again to client 0 and double-click on the IG FTP agent to open it and the error will now be gone.
