Certification campaigns created in Identity Governance do not start immediately

Issue/Introduction

Since upgrading to 14.5 GA we have noticed that when we start a new Certification campaign in Identity Governance, despite the fact that we select Immediately for the value for Start on the first screen where a Certification is deifned, the Certification is only Created and is not started.

This happens when logged into the IG UI as AD1\Eadmin

Below you see the confirmation that we have created a Certification that should start immediately.

When the Certification is inspected via the Administration -> Workflows menu the status is set to Created when we expect it to be In Progress.  We need to click on the Start icon to actually start the Certification.
There were no errors reported in the logs.

Browser cache/old site data

Resolution

Clearing the browser cache (Choosing All time) solves the problem.
