Addressing Sender Identification in Enforce Console Emails

Issue/Introduction

The Enforce console currently lacks a feature that allows users to input the first and last names of email senders in the System Email Textfield under System Settings > General Page > SMTP.
As a result, when emails are received, only the complete email address is displayed instead of the sender's full name. 

Resolution

This is working as intended.

A feature request (ISFR-3126) has been raised to have this in the future produt release. Kindly reach out to support to include the end customer in this feature request.
