Cards do not load in Board view if vertical scrolling happens quickly - Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Pick a view such as Project Grid in the Modern UX. Verify the number of records displayed in it. Make sure that there are at least about 20 to 30 records
2. Switch to the Board View -> Click on View Options -> Create a New Picklist
3. Assign the picklist created in step 2 against the "Columns" drop down in the View Options
4. In the "None" column, scroll down quickly multiple times. It is important to not scroll up even a little bit when doing this

Expected Results:
All the cards are loaded

Actual Results:
Scroll bar reaches the bottom and does not provide any indication that the list of cards displayed in that column is incomplete

Latest version tested in: 16.2.1

Resolution

Some improvements have been implemented in 16.2.2. It is suggested to scroll up a bit to load cards if the issue becomes observable.
