To troubleshoot the issue of displaying Job run via Web Console fails with error The server is unreachable. Enable below tracing on node and collect the relevant logs and TCP dump.

To troubleshoot Job run list issue for Node via web-console, below log level tracing can be configured.
A: Change the logging level of the node as below
1: Login to UVC
2: Navigate to Administration > Nodes > Select node 21 >Node Settings
3: Set main log level as 0,CDJSERV,CDJSEND,CDJKEEP
4: Save and Close
B: Collect the TCP dump on the node from the port CDJ port for example if CDJ port is 10611
C: Collect the TCP dump or equivalent from from web console server
D: Validate if all the servers i.e. web-console and nodes are synched in time. If they are not time synched the server may refuse the request.
