Issue/Introduction

Does exist a way to export and re-import configuration policies, dynamic Groups and assets from an MDB to another one ?

Resolution

There is no standard method to export/import Asset Groups and configuration Policies from one Domain to another Domain.
 
A tool existed to do this : MDB Admin Console
The latest version was 12.8.0.8. This tool is no more supported.
It could be found in DVD1 of Client Automation 12.8 in the \Maintenance\MDBAdminConsole folder.
 
A Support Broadcom case to get this old tool but this tool is no more supported. 
 
With this tool you could export/import Asset Groups and Configuration Policies.
But not the assets.
 
The assets are automatically created to the new DB when you move the computer to the new DOMAIN. Or you could also use the a synchronization task to synchronize the assets data from Domain mdb to another mdb :
