Process status stays in Running when attempting to implement parallel worfklow (wait and merge) pre-condition.

Issue/Introduction

When we tried to implement the parallel workflow and identified that workflow is getting finished but it is not updating the status to Complete.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1.The issue is seen when 2 users approve, but 1 user rejects the initial action items.  For example, the 'PM', and 'PMO' users approve the action items, but the 'Finance' user rejects it.

 
2.The process correctly goes to the "Action Item Rejects" step and then to the "Finish" step. 

 
3.The process progress field doesn’t complete to 100%, and the status has a yellow value of  'Running'.

 
4.This is because the "Get Sponsor Approval" step is waiting for 'ALL' user responses before it can enter the step.

 
5.We were expecting the process progress to show 100%, with a status of 'green' for 'Completed' because the process reached the finished step.

Expected Results: it should show process status as 100% complete because it reached Finish step.

Actual Results: process status stays in Running.
