Oauth 4.5.x and 4.6.x

Resolution

This is because the file OAuthSolutionKit-4.x.x-Patch-2024_02.sskar

Is looking for the Oauth sub component of Shared OAuth Resources

If you have not installed Shared OAuth Resources which has a sk_guid of  1f5dcaea-94a9-4bf7-8c9c-5a49be1a6001

Then the patch will fail to apply as the affected component is not being found.
