js-ant refresh-config command fails with ' Failed to create the keystore'

Issue/Introduction

Steps per Change the JNDI Password for the Bundled CABI Server are being followed to encrypt plain text password but js-ant refresh-config command fails with error below

ERROR KeystoreManager:517 - Failed to create the keystore. Error: Failed to create the parent directory C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile
[create-ks] Failed to create the keystore C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\.jrsks
BUILD FAILED
D:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\c\buildomatic\build.xml:58: The following error occurred while executing this line:

Resolution

Ensure that command prompt is opened with the "Run as administrator" option and execute the js-ant refresh-config again

Change the JNDI Password for the Bundled CABI Server
