Step 1) restart the primary hub and log out of IM and log back in after the restart.
If restart does not work:
Step 2) log into another hub that has distsrv and deploy distsrv probe back onto primary hub. If distsrv is not in the archive, you can download it from support.nimsoft.com, import into the archive, then deploy to primary.
