DQM queues disappeared after file system full

Issue/Introduction

All the DQM queues are lost after having a file system full. As a result, no jobs are executed. 

Error message in the universe.log:

|FATAL|X|IO|pid=p.t|o_monitor_data_fs| **{}* Available space on DATA file system too low (<Dollar Universe Instalation>/data) (8 MB). Stopping DUAS server {}***

The issue has been fixed in version 6.10.121, which can be downloaded from the download link below.

The fix will also be included from Dollar Universe v7.01.01.
