Issue/Introduction

Classic Portlets embedded in Channels missing horizontal scroll bar

Steps to Reproduce: 

1- Create a Page Blueprint with a Channel that points to a Classic portlet.
For example:  ../niku/nu#action:projmgr.getResources&puiFullscreen=on
2- Publish the Blueprint and apply it to a Page 
3- Bring up the Page and make the browser window smaller to get the horizontal scroll bar.  The horizontal scrollbar does not appear. The vertical scrollbar does appear

Expected Results: Horizontal scrollbar appears when required on Channel embedded classic portlets. Portlet buttons should be visible too

Actual Results:  Horizontal scrollbar does NOT appear when required on Channel embedded classic portlets. The portlet buttons like New, Save etc are missing

Clarity 16.2.1

Resolution

This is being investigated at Broadcom under DE79845.  The fix will be included in 16.2.2.

For GCP customers, this was resolved with 16.2.1 pre-patch 1.

Workaround: 
Adjust browser window size

Disable the “Header and Breadcrumb” Layout feature
