Parameter passing from xFlow to a third party component

Issue/Introduction

In classic SDM UI, one can use a variable such as $cst.contact_num to pass content from the SDM UI over to another component, in this case, the user credential id of the logged in user.  Is such a thing possible in xFlow/Service Point

Environment

Release 17.3 or higher

CA Service Desk Manager

Cause

Such a functionality is not available in xFlow and Service Point

Resolution

xFlow/Service Point design functionality is such that the ability to customise or leverage functionalities that existed in the classic SDM UI may not be available as the two interfaces operate on different code stacks.  The above functionality is not supported in xFlow/Service Point

One can submit an enhancement in the Broadcom Communities for consideration in a future release.
