After setting up email under Administration->Confiuration Settings->Email server, including Authentication Properties, we can see an Authentication ERROR in the PORTAL_INSTALLDIR/PerformanceCenter/DM/logs/DMService.log
We verified the email serve username and password being entered are correct.
DX Netops Performance Management 23.3.3 and earlier
Defect: DE582121
The mail server password is encrypted twice when it is input via the web UI
This issue is fixed in DX Netops 23.3.4 and later.
WORKAROUND
Use <PORTAL_INSTALL_DIR>/PerformanceCenter/SsoConfig Remote Value settings to set the email server password.
