What are the various file extensions used by credential collectors?

Cause

During URL processing, the SmHttpPlugin checks for various default credential collector extensions or as defined with the ACO.

Ex.

FCCExt default is .fcc but it can also be set to a custom extension.

The default credential collector extensions(7) are:
