New from Template button goes missing from CIT Board View in MUX

Issue/Introduction

When you set up CIT for Board View , and then you navigate away and back into it, the New from Template button is no longer shown

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a new CIT with all permissions assigned to your user
2. Go to MUX - Investments - open the CIT Grid
3. Notice the New from Template button is available
4. Now click to select Board view
5. Note the New from Template button displays
6. Click away to another MUX page, i.e. Project Grid
7. Go back in Investments and open the CIT Grid again, it will display the same Board we previously selected

Expected Results: New from Template button to be shown

Actual Results: New from Template button is not shown

Resolution

This is DE79825, fixed in 16.2.2

Workaround: Click on Grid button, then click Board again and New from Template displays
