You can only see a few messages in the Logviewer and would like to see more messages

ITMS 8.x
Resolution
Clear filters by pressing CTRL+Left Click on the Icon shown below as shown below and verify that you have enabled the Errors, Warnings, and Informational message types by clicking on the message names at the bottom, right of the Logviewer:
