Issue/Introduction

Orphaned, not deleted To Do records remain after deleting a Risk, Issue, or Change Request. The To Do record can be seen in the To Dos Module on the Investment. 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an issue, Risk or Change Record
  2. Create a To Do for the Issue/Risk/Change
  3. Verify that the To Do is listed in the To Do tab of the project
  4. Verify that the To Do Related To ID and Related To  are populated
  5. Delete the Issue/Risk/Change created in Step 1

Expected Results: The To Do created in Step 2 has been deleted.


Actual Results: The To Do created in step 2 is not deleted. The data in columns Related To, Related To ID is removed, To Do is not editable (API-1004 : Invalid resource identifier 5000000.)
