CA Application Performance Management (APM / Wily / Introscope)

Issue/Introduction

We have 2 agents where we see the metrics captured correctly in the WebView.  However, on the card in the Team Center we do not see data, in the Universe configuration when we search for the agents we do not find them, which is why the card does not show data.  This configuration was operating correctly, for no apparent reason it stopped working.

Resolution

With the restart of the application, which also restarted the APM agent, the cards had data again, and the problem did not occur again.
