This is the scenario for freshly installed AdminUI and no LDAP certificates available in the cert store.

Cause
This is the scenario where customer installed the AdminUI freshly and no LDAP certificates available in the cert store.
Resolution
Reimport the LDAP certificates from the AdminUI in to the certificate store to bind over SSL with LDAP.
