Server Status Is Always Shown as Connection Failed in All Monitoring Views

Issue/Introduction

Server Status in Status Summary of all views is shown as Connection Failed.
However, Server Status in Status Summary of Servers in Monitoring is shown as Connected Successfully.
Server status in Dash Board, Server Configuration is shown as Connected Successfully as well.
The server can be validated.
Clearing monitoring cache and reloading jobs make no difference.

 

 

Environment

AutoSys 12.1
WCC 12.1.00.00-1313

Cause

The Server status in the view definition will be modified and correct server details will be fetched only when the view definition is modified.

If the view definition is created when the server connection is not established and later the connection to the server is successful this information is not propagated to view definition until there is a change in the view definition.

Resolution

Edit the view definition and save the change.  Check to see if the Server status is reflecting properly.
