Issue/Introduction

Filtering on Remaining Availability With Sum Of Periods set does not give correct results

Steps to Reproduce:

1- Configure the Investment Staff Module or the Staffing Workspace Staff grid with the Sum of Periods. (Configure years with prior period to Next period, and use any Resource that has negative Remaining Availability)
2- Add the 'Remaining Availability' Per-Period field
3- Filter for 'Remaining Availability' > 0

Expected Results: To see rows returned that match the filtering.

Actual: Displays rows with negative numbers (ex: (2,400))

Workaround: The filtering works when the User sets the View Option to Grand Totals.
