Open Workbench needs branding updates

Issue/Introduction

Summary: Open Workbench (OWB) holds multiple references to 'CA', 'CA PPM' instead of Clarity and needs updating. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Download the new OWB from Clarity and install
2. Note the references to CA PPM, CA and CA logos

Expected Results: Branding for Product should be current. 

Actual Results: The Branding still refers to 'CA', 'CA PPM'. 

Workaround: None. 

Environment

Release 16.1.2, 16.1.3, 16.2.0, 16.2.1.

Resolution

Resolved in Release 16.2.1.
