We have recently received the incident that Mainview alerts from OPS/MVS mail alert are going to the recipient's junk/spam mail boxes due to no valid sender details. How can this issue be addressed?

Alert emails from OPS/MVS were being sent and received, but were going to spam/junk folders on the receiving email server/clients. OPS/MVS has no control over whether the email it sends is flagged as spam or junk by the receiver. The receiver's spam filter should be configured so that emails from OPS/MVS are not flagged, or the content and/or structure of the email message being sent should be altered so as not to trigger the spam filter in the receiver.
