ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: raw variable length too long in Harvest 14.5

Issue/Introduction

When opening the users in the Harvest Administrator tool the following error is generated:

I00000001: Initialized CA Harvest SCM Log, Feb 27, 2024, 8:14:12 AM.

E03020003: Database error [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: raw variable length too long

ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_RAW", line 224

SQLSTATE=S1000.

Environment

Harvest 14.5

Resolution

This issue was resolved by an efix which Support can provide

Engage Support and request the fix.

Be sure to provide the OS in use and confirm the Harvest version.
