Create XCOM for Windows CA-XCOM-Batch-Interactive group

Issue/Introduction

Background: 

• Any userid submitting a transfer that starts a background job that interacts with the window station or desktop must be a member of this group. This includes most installations. When in doubt, create the group.
• The access permitted to this group is to the window station and desktop only.
• Local group names are case-sensitive.

An XCOM trace on Windows may show errors like this if group is not defined, or it is not defined correctly:
 ObtainGroupSid: Cannot get CA-XCOM-Batch group SID; Error 1332 (No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.)

Resolution

To create the CA-XCOM-Batch-Interactive group:    

1. Go to the Control Panel and select Administrative Tools
2. Click on Computer Management (Local)
3. Click on Local Users and Groups 
4. Right Click on Groups 
5. Select New Group
6. Enter the group name as CA-XCOM-Batch-Interactive
7. To add users to the group, click the Add button.
8. Type the users ID and click OK
9. Click Apply and OK
