ETCs changed in Assignments TSV view

Issue/Introduction

You entered in a whole number for ETC.  After navigating elsewhere, you go to the assignments TSV view.  You see that the Total ETCs has changed and is not what you originally entered.

Steps to reproduce

1. In Clarity MUX, open a Project
2. Click Tasks
3. Create a new task from 1/1/24 - 12/31/24
4. Highlight a task, then click Details
5. Add 100 ETC
6. Click Assignments and add a resource
7. Click Expand
8. In View Options, select 
   • Periods=Months
   • Start Period= 3/2024
   • End Period= 9/2024
   • Totals= Sum of Periods
9. Click Columns flyout
10. Under Per-Period Metrics, select ETC

Expected Results - Total ETC displays the 100 that you entered

Actual Results - Total ETC displays a different number than entered.

Cause

The ETC total is the sum of what is displayed in the UI, not the entire project

Resolution

If you would like to see the Total ETC from the entire project, change Start to Project Start date and Finish to Project Finish date in View Options
