Readiness errors in RESTMon 2.2.3

Issue/Introduction
We upgraded the RESTMon agents for ESS product on v2.2.3 but for the past 2 days we seem to have had stability issues with these agents - without any additional configuration changes other than upgrade from 2.2 to 2.2.3. The memory usage seems to climb up fast and then stay high until eventually the pod is restarted.
Resolution
Fixed in Restmon 2.2.4
