Issue/Introduction


DSA is attempting to start after a long outage, perform a recovery procedure before starting. 

Excerpt from server.log:

DXSERVER down for more than 7days- Now I cannot start it.

CA Service Desk Manager 17.3.X 

Resolution

# stop  EEM Server's services (On all the EEM nodes)
# run dxdisp  itechpoz (On all the EEM nodes)
