PPM won't start on new hub

Issue/Introduction

We have 20.4CU6.

PPM 20.44 gets max restarts, everything else works fine.

Cause

wrong version of java_jre 2.18 was installed

Resolution

Please use java_jre 2.16 that came with CU6
