We need to know how to open a child ticket from an opened ticket through the xFlow interface.
Service Desk Manager v17.3 and up
It is not possible to create a new child ticket directly from the parent ticket. However, it is possible to create the new ticket first, then, with a command, establish the parent-child relationship by selecting the parent ticket.
Open the ticket you want to be the child ticket, and in the command bar, type this:
/set -Parent Ticket -####
Where #### is the number of the ticket you want to be the parent.
