Issue/Introduction

SystemEDGE 5.9 upgrade to SystemEDGE 6.2/6.3 is not retaining any configurations.

When upgrading the installer is not retaining any of the information and doing a fresh install.

Cause

• The SystemEDGE 6.2/6.3 installers require SystemEDGE be running during the upgrade.

Resolution

• The SystemEDGE 6.2/6.3 installer requires SystemEDGE be running during the upgrade.
• This is resolved in SystemEDGE 6.4 and above.
