Rally: SSO mixed case usernames not accepted by Rally

Issue/Introduction

Customer has entered usernames in mixed case.  Rally accepts usernames in lowercase only.  Is there a way to have them sent to AuthHub/Rally in lower case so they match what is entered in Rally?

Resolution

Conversion of usernames from uppercase to lowercase needs to happen at the Customer side before they are sent to Okta/Rally.
