In Hierarchy Tasks Timeline, Key Milestones do not paint within the scope of their Projects when expanded

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Login to Modern UX.
2. Navigate to Blueprints -> Custom Investment Hierarchy Blueprint and make a copy of this. On the Copy edit the blueprint and add the Tasks Module.
3. Navigate to Projects -> Create a new project (or) choose an existing one. Under tasks of the project, create around 10 milestones.
4. Navigate to Hierarchies and create a new Hierarchy. Use Import to import the project created on Step 3.
5. Once the import is complete, Click on Tasks and switch to timeline view. We observer the project name and has a small icon to expand the Task structure or Collapse it.
6. Add Column Milestone in the Timeline view columns.
7. Add a Filter for Milestone = "True" in the view and click on expand on the project name. Once it's expanded try to collapse it.

Expected Results: All the milestones are collapsed into the project.

Actual Results: Milestones are not collapsed and are still visible on the screen.
