Customer stated they noticed they were not getting threshold events from Performance Manager (PM) to Spectrum since 2/11/24. He stated they were doing work on the servers at around that time.
The SpectroSERVER data source showed no errors in the NetOps Portal.
We verified in the NetOps Portal threshold events were getting generated.
The EMService.log did not show OneClick sending request to the Event Manager for the latest events.
We grepped for getEventListOrUpdatesWithAllProperties

What we believe may have happened is during the time the work was being done on the servers, OneClick could not reach the Event Manager. Then after enough times of not being able to reach the Event Manager OneClick stops trying.
Disabling the integration and then re-enabling it gave it a kick start to try again It was able to connect and events started flowing again.
To disable/re-enable the integration:
- Log into the OneClick web pages as an ADMIN user on the OneClick system where the integration is enabled
- Click on the Administration link
- Click on the Performance Center Integration Configuration link
- Check the None check box and click on the Save button
- Wait a few minutes
- Click on the Performance Center check box and click on the Save button
