Unable to login to OneClick with the local user configured in the non-saml-config.xml file. 

Environment

All DX NetOps Spectrum versions

Cause

With SAML configured, if you try and login to the OneClick UI it will still try to authenticate with the SAML IDP. You can use the REST API to authenticate with the local user. 

Resolution

This is functioning as designed. The non-saml-config.xml file will allow you to use the REST API to authenticate with the local user but if you try and login to the OneClick UI it will still try and authenticate with the SAML IDP server and fail.
