Postgres - Errors after refreshing an environment

Issue/Introduction

This is a PostgreSQL based system. It is refreshed from another environment. After the refresh, functionalities such as project creation are throwing errors.

Some errors in the app-ca.log are as follows:

Cause

An environment refreshed with a hot backup.

Resolution

Refresh the environment with a cold backup.

• Hot/cold backups for Clarity on a lower environment
